		<description>Some of your requirements sound an awful lot like the web app I&#039;ve had to write for the PMC Software project. Almost 100 people to track, almost 150 different applications donated, a gazillion licenses to those applications, auctions which were all different, the list just goes on and on.

I wonder if there&#039;s some way you could put some of my code and/or experience to use.</description>
